This website is, in part, an essay reflecting on the not infrequently expressed assertion that equality is - or at least should be - an important goal of our community. It also proposes a bit of structural change that could greatly impact levels of equality everywhere. The essay is not complete, nor can it ever be. Perhaps as time allows it will be expanded to include other structural change proposals if enthusiasm for such becomes evident. It is my hope that one or two readers will find some amusement within.
